We came into Cracker Barrell and put our name on the list and was told a 10 minute wait. 30 minutes later we checked to see where we were on the list and somehow the person did not put us on the list. Very unorganized. After finally being seated it was another 15-20 minutes before a waiter/waitress came to the table. Once the waitress, Tina, came she took our order and went to the kitchen. It was less than a 5 minute wait, Tina came back to the table with our drinks plus refills.After a total of 1 hr from when we walked in the door we are still waiting for our food.........I do not recommend anyone to come to this Cracker Barrell unless you have time to waste waiting.December 26, 2016
