  Ok, usually you can tell how clean a truck stop is going to be by how well things are cleaned up outside the building, like for example trash dirty fueling area. Walked into this flying j and by no surprise the inside looked like the outside....dirty and trashy. The floors looked like they were mopped with fifth wheel grease and muddy water. The showers need a serious remodel! There was still soap on the walls from the previous driver. My towel smelled like mildew. Went to do my laundry and like any typical flying j and pilot the floors were nasty and washers had not been wiped down. Went to have breakfast in the Denny's...carpet looks like it was recently flooded...smelled horrible! Decided to use the bathroom...all I can say is WOW 4 stalls and every toilet was dirty and toilet paper strewn through out the restroom. Sinks were nasty and no paper towels. The bathrooms need a upgrade too! I have dogs, I decided to take them for a walk behind the Denny's on the grass line. The minute I walked up the ground was littered with cockroaches!!!! They scattered everywhere! Trash smelled to high heaven and the side walks were disgusting from dragging garbage sacks across it. Guess no one has ever heard of a pressure washer! The parking lot smells like a urinal and trashy! As far as the service received here people were pleasant and easy to deal with. This was my first time coming to this flying j and will be my last! My suggestion is keep driving to the next truck stop!
