  Was seated, placed our order, an hour and a half later, our food was still not served, nor did we receive refills. I asked to speak to a manager, from my understanding, he had a few tables to take care of before me. This was a red flag to leave now.
  
  I later called the manager, expressed the problem. He was understanding and courteous, and he explained he was new at this location and had only been here a month to try and improve the poor service.
